1. Definitions 
Within the context of the following, 'Application' refers to a LeasingShop.com lease
financing application. 'Applicant' refers to a person completing a LeasingShop.com
lease financing Application. 'LeasingShop.com' refers to LeasingShop.com. its
parent company Absolute Solutions, and its agents. 'Lenders' refers
to financial institutions who have contracted with LeasingShop.com to
participate in the LeasingShop.com. web site and these financial institutions'
contracted agents. 'User' refers to any user of the LeasingShop.com web site. 

2. Service Provided by LeasingShop.com 
The LeasingShop.com web site is a lease finance sourcing service that attempts
to match Applicants seeking various forms of lease financing for business
purposes with Lenders who are interested in providing lease financing to
qualified borrowers. LeasingShop.com is not a registered financial institution and
does not provide lending services directly. Any lease financing secured
through LeasingShop.com is between the Applicant and one of the LeasingShop.com
Lenders. LeasingShop.com does not advise and/or recommend to Applicant if they
should choose one lease financing proposal over another that has been
submitted by a Lender. 

3. Accuracy, Use and Nature of LeasingShop.com Content 
The information in the LeasingShop.com web site has been obtained by
LeasingShop.com from sources believed to be reliable. The accuracy,
completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing of the information is not
guaranteed by LeasingShop.com. The Information is not intended to provide tax,
legal or investment advice. LeasingShop.com recommends that individuals and
businesses always seek the advice of a business professional prior to
making business decisions. Because of applicable law, LeasingShop.com cannot
nor does it try to control the information provided by other users, which is
made available through the LeasingShop.com system. Other people’s information
may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be
mislabeled or deceptively labeled. LeasingShop.com expects that Users will use
caution -- and common sense -- when using the services provided in
connection with the LeasingShop.com web site. 

4. General Use of the LeasingShop.com Web Site 
LeasingShop.com cannot be responsible for any problems with the Internet or your
access to it. LeasingShop.com makes every effort to keep the LeasingShop.com web
site in good working order, but does not promise that it will operate without
errors or that it will stay in continuous operation. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE
IS "AS IS". LeasingShop.com MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE. LeasingShop.com and our
Lenders shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense you incur resulting
from or related to the use of the service we provide. Neither LeasingShop.com, its
Lenders, their officers, directors or affiliated companies, nor any of their
employees or agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data, which an
Applicant or any third party incur in connection with the use or performance
of any service performed by LeasingShop.com, or third party suppliers or their
agents in connection herewith, regardless of how such damages arise and
whether or not either was advised such damages might arise. In no event
shall the aggregate liability of LeasingShop.com and our Lenders and agents to
Applicant or use for any loss, cost, damage or expense arising out of or in
any way related to use of the LeasingShop.com web site this Agreement exceed
$100 for any reason whatsoever in connection with this site. THE
WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES STATED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHERS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

5.Force Majeure 
LeasingShop.com will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any
obligation under this Agreement if such failure is caused by Internet outages,
earthquakes, communications outages, fire, flood, war, an act of God, or the
occurrence of any other unforeseen contingency beyond the reasonable
control of LeasingShop.com. 

6.Suspension or Termination for Misuse of LeasingShop.com Web Site 
LeasingShop.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend provision of the
LeasingShop.com Services (including access) to any User or Applicant who
knowingly misuses the LeasingShop.com web site. This includes, but is not
limited to, submitting Applications for the purposes of gathering bid
information to distribute to third parties, the one-time or repetitive submission
of Applications for supposed pending or proposed lease financing
transactions that in fact do not exist, repetitive submissions of for lease
financing for the same piece of equipment, etc. Whether or not a breach
results in suspension or termination depends on several factors, including but
not limited to the severity of the breach, the potential harm to other
Applicants or to LeasingShop.com the LeasingShop.com Services or its participating
Lenders, and whether or not the breach is repeated or cured. If LeasingShop.com
suspends or terminates LeasingShop.com User's right to access or use the
LeasingShop.com Services, then LeasingShop.com shall, within 24 hours, provide
notice to User of such action.
